Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

All made-to-order pieces of jewelry will be shipped in 1-4 weeks from your date of purchase. All in-stock items will be sent out in 1-3 business days.

Our shipping carriers are TRAX Logistics, TCS Express, DHL, and FedEx. On standard days, delivery takes 2-5 business days. In some cases, international deliveries can take 5-10 days.

If you notice any delays or issues while tracking your package, please contact the carrier for help. We are not able to provide additional insight on packages once they are en route.

If you need to change your shipping address before your order is shipped, please promptly email info@hamzahanis.com. We cannot redirect orders once they are in transit. In this event, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for any special delivery requests.
